Tracy - Wagga franchisee

What was the main attraction to becoming a TFL franchisee? Having a business framework and tested products already set out for you, so 80% of the initial hard work is already done! You don't have to research and wonder about what to sell, what chocolate powder to use, what POS system to implement, what logo or cup design to use, it's all done for you! 

What do you love about being a part of the TFL franchise? That we source, roast and brew our own coffee, that it is relatively new and niche market particularly in regional Australia, and that Paula and the other franchisees are all very supportive and listen to you when you need an ear to lend! 

How do your customers respond to the TFL set up? Our customers love us! They love the consistency of our coffee, our smiling faces, the sheer convenience and our early starting times. tradies don't want to worry about where to get a park for their huge vehicles, or wasting money on a crap coffee, they just want someone waiting with a smile to take their order and make it happen. 

What's the best part of your week? When we are in the middle of peak hour on a Thursday or Friday and our team are all focused and operating like a well-oiled machine, coffees are going out hot, delicious and fast, music on in the background and customers are smiling. Some even linger perhaps a little too long because they just want to be part of the vibe.  

Ricki - Dubbo franchisee

What was the main attraction to becoming a TFL franchisee? I liked the fact that the business is a franchise, the help and support provided and the simplicity of the business.

What do you love about being a part of the TFL franchise? Thesupport is always there when needed.

How do your customers respond to the TFL set up? Most of our customers are loyal, repeat customers and they obviously like the ease of a drive thru, the great coffee and range of other food and drinks.

What's the best part of your week? The busiest couple of hours in the morning and being able to chat to the customers.

Patti - Rockhampton franchisee

What was the main attraction to becoming a TFL franchisee? I saw a gap in the market here in Rockhampton as there was no drive thru coffee, and knew it needed one. I’d worked for Paula at one of her Dubbo sites and knew The Fast Lane model worked and how well it was received there, so thought it was the perfect fit.

What do you love about being a part of the TFL franchise? The amazing support from Paula and head office - they are always happy to help in any way they can. It’s also a great atmosphere to be a part of - the work environment, the coffee, the customers and all the wonderful people you get to meet. 

How do your customers respond to the TFL set up? They love it! Most of our customers are very loyal, and we see them all the time. Opening the second site last year was a big hit too - we had current customers who were thrilled that the second site was closer to them, and also met a lot of new customers too.

What's the best part of your week? Catching up with my customers and getting to do something I really enjoy every day.
