How great it was to meet Kimberly Dafter, an award winning barista when she visited our White Street cafe.

Kimberly has won a swag of awards at Latte Art competitions around the country using her well practiced talent. While Kimberly was in store, we were updated with all the latest industry news and trends including milk proteins that relate to proper texturing, to coffee extraction times and crema creation. We cant wait to try  out our updated skills.
