Bronze medal at Golden Bean competition

The Fast Lane drive-thru coffee shop has been awarded a bronze medal at the annual Golden Bean competition for their signature blend of coffee beans, which are roasted weekly at their Bultje St site.

The Golden Bean is the largest roasting competition in the southern hemisphere with just over 1300 entries in 2013. The Fast Lane received a bronze medal in the milk based category, which had more than 360 entries.

The Fast Lane coffee blend is available at both the Bultje and White Street sites as well as for purchase for people to grind at home.
