Free shipping and delivery policy

TFL Coffee does not charge an extra fee for delivery. Delivery of your fresh roasted coffee beans is free anywhere in Australia. We believe that its coffee you want to buy, not delivery fees, packing or handling charges, marketing levy or other nonsense. We deliver to everywhere including post office boxes, residential or business addresses and parcel lockers.

Once your coffee is roasted, your coffee will be packaged up and sealed, then lodged with Australia Post by 5pm. Deliveries are made via Australia Post with tracking number for all orders.

How do I sign for my delivery?

It is usually best to have your delivery made to your business hours address, or if you know you will not be home to sign for your delivery, you can take the option of having your parcel left at your front door without a signature - just leave a note at checkout.

How long does it take before I get my order?

Delivery to various locations of Australia are generally quoted as;

Country/Regional NSW 1-3 Days Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne Metro: 1-3 Days Adelaide Metro, Hobart Metro, VIC, ACT, QLD: 3-5 Days Perth, Darwin, Far North QLD, Country and Regional SA, WA, NT, TAS 5-7 Days

What is our refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your fresh roasted coffee beans, you can return your coffee order to us for a full replacement.
